Even though it was announced almost a year ago, Twitter has finally made the Buy Now button available on the platform to companies in the United States. This feature has been part of Pinterest for several months now.
Twitter’s Head of Commerce, Nathan Hubbard said: “The goal is to make it as easy as possible for companies to connect directly with, and sell to, customers on Twitter. With Buy Now, businesses can drive more conversion and remove much of the friction in the mobile purchasing process.”
Twitter’s Buy button is still a very new feature in its early stages of use, so we expect to see radical advances in the future that will make the experience even simpler.
